Duties & Responsibilities:
This position reports to the Accounting Manager and conducts the following activities in an accurate timely fashion:
Duties & Responsibilities
- Variable and Standard Cost analysis
- Inventory valuation and variances
- Inventory control and cycle count
- Inventory and COGS analysis
- Reconcile Balance Sheet and Income Statement accounts as needed for Costing and Inventory accounts
- Help with intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Perform various Month End Close and Year End Close procedures

- Help with AP, AR and GL as needed

- Perform repetitive electro-mechanical assembly of standard products
- Build product from drawings, schematics, work instructions and verbal directions
- Assist Engineering with corrections required to Work Instructions
- Provide suggestions for improvements that will benefit the company
- Use PC’s for various defined operations
- Perform functional testing with standard equipment

RMA Technician/Engineer
Duties & Responsibilities:
This position reports to the VP of Manufacturing and conducts the following activities in an accurate timely fashion:
Duties & Responsibilities
- Must be able to perform Root-cause failure analysis on electronic and mechanical assemblies to the component level using schematics, BOM’s, and general guidelines.
- Develop and manage production software (C++/Basic) used for testing and production.
- Write failure analysis reports to customers and maintain RMA database.
- Ability to communicate with Animatics engineering and customers to determine source of failures.
- Define and monitor quality procedures and results
- Ability to solder SMT and thru-hole components to standards.
- Perform mechanical assembly on servo and stepper motors.
- Design and implement production testing protocols for new product introductions.
- Provide trends analysis on RMA’s and processes.
- Interface with customers in a professional manner.
- Participate in year-end inventory with highest accuracy performance.
Personal Skills and Requirements:

Customer Service Coordinator
Duties & Responsibilities
This position reports to the VP of Operations and conducts the following activities in an accurate timely fashion:
Customer Service
- Ensure quality of customer service
- Work in partnership with other departments( Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Production) to build valuable customer service relationships
- Complete projects and tasks in a timely manner consistent with
- corporate objectives
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of sales orders received
- Generate and maintain serial number database
- Print packing slips
- Work with all freight carriers to create shipping documentation
(UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc)
- Provide quality customer service on every call by communicating clearly and effectively
- Proactively identify and solve problems in the Customer Service area and
- communicate them to regional managers when appropriate
- Primary contact to customers and distributors for product ordering and delivery
- Handle a complete range of telephone and email inquiries concerning products, pricing, and policies
- Process all paperwork associated with RMA transactions
- Receive returned equipment and ship out replacements as authorized
- Manage and update RMA tracking system
- Generate reports as requested
Requirement
- At least 3 years experience in a Customer Service related position
- Manufacturing company experience preferred
- Good communications skills, both verbally and written
- Proficient computer experience with Word, Excel, and Accounting related software

Production Engineer
Duties & Responsibilities
This position reports to the VP of Manufacturing and conducts the following activities in an accurate timely fashion:
Technical Skills
- Must be able to perform failure analysis on electronic and mechanical assemblies using general guidelines and circuit schematics.
- Provide technical direction for electro-mechanical assembly of Animatics products using drawings, work instructions and verbal directions.
- Develop and manage production software used for testing and production.
- Develop and publish clear and concise Work Instructions.
- Define and monitor quality procedures and results
- Apply Lean Manufacturing methods to the production process
- Assist Engineering department with conversion to lead-free (RoHS) products and UL/CE certifications.
- Assist with evaluation of returned goods, including root cause.
- Provide trends analysis on RMA’s and processes.
- Interface with customers in a professional manner.
- Participate in year-end inventory with highest accuracy performance
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- Must have a BS/ Electronic or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work related experience.
- Minimum of 5 years professional job related experience.
- Prior experience and training implementing and maintaining Lean Manufacturing methods with production processes a plus.
